HOTMELT TECH is one of Cfour’s key innovations. Thanks to this advanced technology, Cfour uPVC profiles have earned the distinction of being a knowledge-based product. HOTMELT technology, combined with nanotechnology, is used in the production of Cfour uPVC profiles. In this process, high temperature and pressure are applied to create a molecular bond between the hotmelt coating and the outer surface of the profile. This results in exceptional durability and long-lasting color stability, even under harsh weather conditions.
Tested & Proven in the Arizona Desert
Due to the high importance of color stability in double-glazed windows, samples of Cfour’s uPVC door and window profiles were sent to the United States for quality and color resistance testing. These samples were tested under the supervision of Atlas Laboratory—one of the most reputable weathering test labs in the world.
It is worth noting that Atlas Laboratory operates 25 global sites and runs two commercial artificial weathering labs: one at its headquarters in Chicago and another near Frankfurt, Germany.
